BridgeStation Asset Valuation Update Released

An update to the 2025/26 version (v1.10) of the SAVI has been released by UKBB (through UKRLG) . The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:

Update to the unit replacement rates
Update to maintenance work costs

Any existing 2025/26 valuation reports will need to be rerun.
