A new quick start guide is now available for BridgeStation.

This new guide supplements the existing BridgeStation Knowledge Base and is downloadable in .PDF format. It covers the basics of how to set up a structural inventory, adjust structural element hierarchies and get started with inspections.

The early 2014 BridgeStation User Group takes place the following day at The Axis, 10 Holliday Street, Birmingham.

The BridgeStation website will be available over the Christmas period as normal. As for the Help Desk, it will be unavailable on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

The BridgeStation and FloodStation Services will be offline on the weekend of 2nd November 2013. Our hosting providers have architecture improvements and transfers arranged for this period which will involve the database and web servers going offline.

We'll be offline from 8AM to 8PM on Saturday 2nd, and then unavailable on Sunday from 8AM to 8PM whilst this work is completed.

BridgeStation's Asset Valuation module has been updated to calculate your authorities valuations automatically. The module can be accessed via the Actions Menu.

BridgeStation now includes updated Dashboard pages and a BCI report page that contains everything you need to know about your stock's condition. Click on the new menu items to access the new features.

The BridgeStation service experienced a short period of intermittent access from around 11:30 to 14:00 on 12/10/2012.

This was due to a suspected denial of service attack which tripped the redundant server. When working normally this redundant server will take over all BridgeStation traffic and users will not notice any change. Today though users experienced intermittent access, being logged out expectantly and an inability to reach the BridgeStation websites as traffic was being switched...

BridgeStation users will now see that their site is using https for all transactions. You will see a padlock symbol somewhere in your address bar (depending on the browser you are using). This means a SSL security certificate is being used on your site.
