BridgeStation Asset Valuation Update Released - June 2021 (2020/21)

An update to the 2020/21 version of the SAVI has been released by UKBB (through UKRLG)  26th May 2021. The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:

  • Update to the unit replacement rates
  • Update to maintenance work costs
Any existing 2020/21 valuation reports will need to be rerun.
