BridgeStation Unscheduled Downtime - Friday 26th May 2017

UPDATE: The BridgeStation Service is now back up.

BridgeStation experienced unscheduled downtime today - 26th May 2017. This meant that the BridgeStation client websites, as well as the support site, were unavailable from approx 15:36 to 16:38.
 
This was due to a major network outage at the datacentre, which has since been rectified. We will post details on the cause and steps taken to ensure this doesn't happen again when we have them.
