BridgeStation has experienced downtime overnight - 02 June - 03 June 2026. This means that the BridgeStation client websites, as well as the support site, were unavailable.
This is due to an issue with a database upgrade that failed to complete. The service was restored and available again at around 3:30 am on 3rd June 2026.
We apologise for the inconvenience the downtime has caused. This upgrade was completed out-of-hours in case there were any issues.
