BridgeStation service experienced downtime - Tuesday 18th November 2025

BridgeStation has experienced unscheduled downtime today - Tuesday 18th November 2025. This means that the BridgeStation client websites, as well as the support site, are unavailable.

This is due to an issue at the Cloudflare Web Security Service. This is affecting internet connectivity globally, not just BridgeStation. This issue is currently described as: RESOLVED

We apologise for the inconvenience the downtime has caused. We will post more details on the cause and resolution when we have them. We are also posting updates via Email as social media platforms such as X/Twitter are also affected.

UPDATE 14:42:

The issue is being described as resolved and is now being monitored. The BridgeStation sites are restored and are currently up and running as normal, which matches this description from Cloudflare.

UPDATE 14:38:

We are seeing reports that applications are being restored. And the BridgeStation sites themselves look to be back up. We are monitoring this to make sure this is fully resolved.

UPDATE 14:09:

It's being reported that services are slowly being restored, this is occurring globally and BridgeStation is just one of these services. At this moment BridgeStation is still affected.

Cloudflare are reporting that a fix is being implemented.

Cloudflare are reporting that they are still investigating the issue. Some BridgeStation sites may be up and running, however we are seeing periodic incidents of downtime.

UPDATE 12:35:

We have had a short period of downtime connected to the web-security service that protects BridgeStation. You might find that the issue is resolved, however some may still experience periodic issues. We will post another update as soon as there is more information.
