Life Cycle Planner - Engineering Difficulty Uplift Factors

The engineering difficulty of the works can influence cost in a number of ways.  The base cost applies to works on structures on a clear site or disused land in an urban environment.

A set of ‘Engineering Difficulty’ criteria, which are applicable at the activity level, is listed below along with the default uplift factor that has been assigned to each criterion.
