Using the Knowledge Base

Follow the link below to be directed to the BridgeStation Knowledge Base.
Alternative click on the Support Menu and select Support Portal
Click the Knowledge Base icon once you are on the BridgeStation Support Portal.
You can search for articles using the search box at the top.
Click Search to run your search and see matching articles displayed below. Click on the blue Title of the article to view the whole article.
Also look for the help symbol in the top-right of the screen  and click this to open an article relevant to the module or page you were on.
