Reports - Reports Builder - designing a report with conditions (latest inspection date)

First review the designing a basic report article for instructions on how to add result columns and obtain results. We will use the Query Conditions panel, to set the report to only show information associated with the inspection with the latest inspection date.

Add the field Inspection Date to the query conditions first. Select the field the click the Add Condition button top-right of the Field Picker

Next you need to switch the query to Attribute mode. Press Ctrl, then left click the value to select Attribute

You can now pick an existing attribute to compare the inspection date to. We will compare the inspection date to the latest inspection date. This will result in filtering the data to the Latest Inspection Date. Click on the value and search for the Latest Inspection Date field, via Inspections > Inspection Details > Latest Inspection Date.
