You can use the Maintenance Management module to close out work items.
Click on Actions > Planning & Maintenance > Maintenance Management (Workbank)
Click the Close out Work Packages/Items tab.
Locate the Package you are interested in and click the Update Pose Work Conditions link
This will open the Update Post work Conditons tab. Complete the Date Corrected, Condition and optional Corrected Comment.
