BridgeStation Account - I'm trying to reset my password but am not getting the reset email from BridgeStation

To reset your password you'll need to be able to receive an email from the BridgeStation Support Department.
Your IT department might be blocking emails from the BridgeStation Support Department, you'll need to contact them regarding this issue.
Below is a sample paragraph that can be sent to your IT department to assist in resolving this issue.
To whom it may concern.
We provide a web-based asset management system to which the user has access. They user will occasionally need to use our forgotten password function or password reset feature. These automatically send emails to the user's registered email address with links to follow to complete the reset.
From what we can tell the emails are being blocked. Please allow the emails through from [email protected] and [email protected]uk
