User Administration - Creating a new user

The User Administration section can be accessed from the Actions menu on the left. The User Administration section allows permitted users to modify other BridgeStation user accounts, set expiry dates, reset and unlock accounts, deactivate unwanted accounts and create new ones as needed. 

Left click the User administration menu item under your user name top-right to access the module.
 

 
Creating a new user

Click the User Create tab at the top of the page to begin configuring a new user account.



Use the input boxes to complete user details, register an email address against the account and define permissions using the provided drop downs.

Click the Create User button at the bottom to generate a new account. An email notification is automatically sent to the owner of the account advising them their account has been created and instructing them on how to create their password.
