Using the VfM Model on FSW IT Server

1. Start a Remote Desktop Connection by clicking Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Remote Desktop Connection




2. Complete the credentials as supplied to you by FSW by email:



3. Click on the AMWG user you have been assigned (see email):



4. Enter the password supplied to you and click on the arrow pointing right:



5. Open the AMWG folder on the desktop and open your corresponding folder i.e. TfL open the TfL folder.



6. You may be required to enable macros. Click Options...Enable this content and then OK.




7. You may be required to enable the Solver Tool - to do this click the Office button (top left of screen), Excel Options, Add-Ins, Go.... Check the Solver Add-in box and click OK





8. Open the spreadsheet and continue as usual.
