TfL BridgeStation Web-Version users experienced a short period of down-time between 14:00 and 16:30 today.

Essential maintenance on the Web Server needed to be carried outside of the scheduled maintenance periods.

BridgeStation Web-Version experienced a short period of down-time on the BridgeStation Web Version between 15:00 and 17:00 today.

We are in contact with our suppliers who have rectified the problem and will provide a fault report ASAP.

Essential Maintenance to be carried out at 9pm this evening. A short period of downtime is expected whilst this is completed. We will post further updates if there are any problems

BridgeStation users experienced a short period of downtime on 18/03/2011 between 10:30 and 12:30.
This was as a result of a power failure at our suppliers. The backup plans were implemented and service was restored.

Temporary problem with BridgeStation performance

Many BridgeStation users experienced problems with BridgeStation performance yesterday (08/11/2010).

This was due to firewall problems experienced by our hosting company, which in turn caused performance issues. The situation is being monitored by our hosting company and when a full resolution to the issue has been found users will be informed. In the meantime a temporary fix has been issued which means users will find BridgeStation operating as normal.

Apologies for the loss of performance and any inconvenience caused.
